Background
Bachelor's degree in Applied Nutrition at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, CA (2018).
Graduate degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Sports Nutrition from Concordia University Chicago (2023).
Experience working with sports nutrition, intuitive/mindful eating, specialized diets (gluten free, vegan, vegetarian, etc.), stress management, spinal cord injuries/disorders, weight management and more
Current Work Experience
I wear many hats in the world of health and wellness!
As a part-time clinical registered dietitian, I primarily work in an outpatient setting, specializing in supporting individuals with mental health conditions like PTSD and eating disorders. My previous experience as an inpatient dietitian treating patients with spinal cord injuries and disorders allows me to assist a wider range of clients with their medical nutritional needs.
Beyond nutrition, I'm also a passionate Lagree Fitness Instructor at studios across San Diego, helping individuals achieve their fitness goals through this innovative workout method.
Past Work Experience
Prior to completing my dietetic internship at the VA San Diego, CA, I worked as a diet technician at the Center For Discovery (eating disorder rehabilitation) and provided 1-1 services as a personal trainer.
